As Store Business Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the store, leading your team to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain operational excellence.
You will:
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Drive sales, KPIs and store profitability
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards
- Manage rostering, productivity and store operations
- Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are maintained
- Build a positive and engaging team culture

About You
You are a passionate retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing people and driving results.
You'll bring:
- Previous Store Manager or retail leadership experience
- Strong commercial and sales acumen
- Proven experience leading and developing teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A passion for premium retail and customer service
Menswear experience is highly regarded but not essential.
