Experienced Café Chef – Full Time

About the Role
- Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast, lunch, and catering menus
- Confidently manage grill, pan, and fryer sections
- Maintain excellent food presentation and consistency
- Work efficiently under pressure in a busy café environment
- Assist with stock rotation, food preparation, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Work closely with a friendly and experienced team
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a café or busy kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of breakfast and lunch service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, organised, and able to perform well during busy periods
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Own reliable transport is essential

Hours
- 5 shifts per week (roster may vary)
- Typical hours: 5:00am – 2:30pm
- Mainly Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts
- Availability Monday to Sunday required
