Deliver trauma-informed, person-centred care across acute and primary care settings.

Collaborate with Aboriginal Health Workers, Counsellors, Social Workers, and an Aboriginal Program Coordinator.

Demonstrated experience providing complex, evidence-based care within the drug and alcohol or related clinical field.

Strong commitment to delivering safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive care, with an understanding of factors influencing drug and alcohol use in Aboriginal communities.

Proven ability to build meaningful relationships and communicate effectively with Aboriginal consumers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Professional, personable approach with the ability to manage conflict and foster respectful, collaborative working relationships.

Advanced clinical judgement and leadership, including critical thinking, risk management, and contributing to quality improvement and best practice care.
