About the Role
Based in our Thebarton office, you'll work closely with Project Managers and operational teams to coordinate the successful delivery of multiple projects within our Fire & Mech division.
This is a pivotal role for someone who is highly organised, solutions-focused, and capable of managing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
You will be the central coordination point across clients, subcontractors, suppliers, technicians, and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects remain compliant, financially controlled, and delivered on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities from initiation through to completion
- Data Entry
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including purchase orders, work orders, SWMS, tenders, and compliance documentation
- Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and progress claims
- Process bank guarantees, retentions, and invoicing requirements
- Coordinate labour, materials, technician schedules, and resources
- Ensure all project compliance obligations are met, including licences, inductions, insurances, and contractor documentation
- Support project teams to resolve issues and remove delivery obstacles
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and vehicle requirements for regional works
- Proactively identify project risks and implement solutions
- Manage project close-out documentation, warranties, and handovers
- Promote and uphold quality, safety, and operational excellence across all projects

About You
To be successful, you will bring:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a Project Coordination or similar role
- Experience within the Fire, electrical, construction, infrastructure or related project environment.
- Strong understanding of project administration, commercial processes, and compliance requirements
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously
- High-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
- Advanced organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A resilient, proactive, and can-do attitude
