We are looking for a Helpdesk Support Assistant to work alongside our team in Australia and international teams. Your role will be to work during business hours and support some international clients.

Work alongside our Product Support Manager
Support Brand Experience Managers deal with product questions
Undertake testing and analysis work and share with your management
Key Selection Criteria
Someone who has experience with Jira and Jira Service Management
Currently working for a Software as a Service or similar product in a helpdesk role
Has experience in customer service and dealing with challenging customer questions
Thorough understanding of Social Media platforms and trends
Open and positive personality
