In this role, you'll:
Provide leadership and direction to team members, building capability, coordinating work activities, and ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to required standards.
Manage operational performance and workplace culture by resolving complex issues, making informed decisions, addressing team challenges, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement through WHS and environmental compliance, risk management, quality assurance, maintenance of procedures, and ongoing process enhancement.

About you
You bring strong expertise in bridge and drainage structure construction and maintenance, delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality infrastructure outcomes.
You demonstrate effective leadership skills by supervising teams, coordinating work activities, and driving successful project delivery.
You hold essential trade and safety qualifications, including a Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent) and a current Construction Industry White Card.
You maintain required licences and compliance standards, including a current Class C Driver Licence and the ability to obtain additional tickets, certifications, and accreditations as needed.
