Who are we looking for:
We are currently seeking a motivated, organised, and detail-oriented Receptionist to support our growing team and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of our office and showroom.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in providing excellent service, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a receptionist at CKM, you will play a key role in ensuring the office and showroom run efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Providing professional customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Performing accurate and timely data entry
- Managing meeting rooms and showroom schedules
- Welcoming customers and guests, including preparing tea and coffee
- Receiving, processing, and dispatching parcels
- Providing administrative support to the production team
- Assisting with general office administration and ad hoc tasks as required
About You – Skills & Experience
We are looking for a positive, reliable individual who brings initiative and professionalism to the role. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Effective team member, can work seamlessly and efficiently with the whole team.
- Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role (preferred but not essential)
