About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and talented chef who wants to join a team that priorities diversity, inclusion in a professional and fun working environment
As a Demi Chef you will be responsible to supervise the assigned station / section of the outlet kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high-quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept of classic dishes with a contemporary twist.
Some of the responsibilities include
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items, following hotel's recipes and standards
- Take responsibility for your specific section of the kitchen, managing the daily operations and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Contribute to the creation and development of new dishes and menus, bringing innovative ideas and suggestions to the culinary team.

A successful candidate will have:
- Recent experience in a la carte dining, preferably in hotels or fine dining.
- Strong culinary skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for food.
- Qualification in Kitchen Production
- Demonstrated in-depth skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential.
- A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment
