Aussie Life Care is seeking Female Support Workers to support a participant in Cranbourne North.
About the Role
The role involves supporting the participant to build confidence, independence and daily living skills, while encouraging meaningful community participation.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident, proactive and enthusiastic
- An excellent communicator
- Able to build rapport and actively engage with the participant
- Passionate about teaching life skills and promoting independence
- Reliable, professional and person-centred
- Experienced in supporting people with psychosocial disabilities or mental health conditions
- Experience supporting people with epilepsy is highly desirable
Requirements
- Certificate II or III in Disability/Individual Support
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the disability or community services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Shift Available:
Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
