We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Kitchen Hands to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients, including meat and vegetables
- Prepare beef stock for daily service
- Cook and prepare meals according to customer orders and dietary requirements
- Maintain food quality, food safety, and kitchen hygiene standards
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and well presented
- Assemble and plate meals, including adding beef stock and garnishes
- Store food and ingredients correctly in refrigerators and other storage areas
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong attention to food quality and presentation
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently when required
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred
- Must hold a valid visa with legal working rights in Australia
