EPIC is seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Gardener to join our team in Karratha.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, can work independently and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe and well-presented outdoor spaces.
About the Role
The Casual Gardener will undertake general gardening and grounds maintenance duties across EPIC locations in Karratha.
Key duties may include:
- Lawn mowing and edging
- Weeding and general garden maintenance
- Pruning and trimming plants and shrubs
- Planting and general plant care
- Maintaining outdoor areas in a clean, safe and presentable condition
- Safely operating and caring for gardening tools and equipment
- Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
Hours will be offered on a casual basis according to operational requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have previous gardening, landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
- Be reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and pride in your work
- Be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the role and work outdoors in Karratha conditions
- Have good communication and time-management skills
- Understand and follow workplace health and safety requirements
Essential Requirements
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one
- Appropriate Australian working rights
