Achieve Something Great
Play a key leadership role within BreastScreen Services by driving community engagement and increasing awareness and participation in cancer screening across South Western Sydney. As Cancer Screening & Prevention Manager, you will lead the development, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based and innovative programs across breast, cervical and bowel screening. You will also design and deliver a strategic BreastScreen Marketing and Recruitment Strategy, coordinate impactful media and community events, and ensure the development of culturally appropriate health promotion materials that reflect the diversity of the community. Through strong partnerships and stakeholder collaboration, you will enhance service quality, promote prevention, and maximise screening uptake across priority populations.
Are You the Right Fit?
You are a strategic and collaborative leader with proven experience in health promotion and population-based screening, capable of managing programs, people, and partnerships effectively. You are also committed to supporting and mentoring staff, participating in recruitment and professional development, and contributing to service direction through committee involvement. If you are passionate about improving cancer prevention outcomes and delivering impactful community health initiatives, this role offers the opportunity to make a real difference.
