About the role
Reporting into the Marketing Manger, our Active Wellness team is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Brand Manager to help drive the long-term success of our Diet & Sport portfolio, home to market-leading weight loss and active health brands. Working across the full marketing mix, you will execute campaigns, contribute to brand strategy, and build the foundations to grow into a world-class brand marketer within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing products across the brands
Manage digital marketing and social media campaigns end-to-end
Plan, execute, and evaluate POS strategies
Track and analyse weekly scan sales, translating data into actionable insights
Lead forecasting and stock control analysis to support supply planning
Track and monitor monthly A&P spend against budget
Coordinate design briefs and workflow through the internal graphics studio
Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners and agencies
Support the sales force with information, materials, and ad hoc requests
This is a full time in office role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern beaches.
Skills and Experiences:
About you
2+ years' experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar role
Working knowledge of FMCG and OTC product categories
Solid understanding of marketing plans, including promotional materials, collateral, and merchandise
General understanding of budgets, forecasting processes, and A&P management
Experience analysing data and market segments; familiarity with data tools is an advantage
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organisation and project management skills
