Inoar Arabia Tech is scaling up its Australian operations from our Melbourne office. We are looking for an E-commerce Data Analyst to take full ownership of our digital transactional data, customer acquisition metrics, and funnel performance tracking. You will be the core analytics resource helping our growth and product teams make sense of user behavior and conversion patterns across our active digital storefronts.
What your week will look like:
- Running deep-dive analysis on customer purchasing behavior, checkout abandonment, and product performance trends to uncover friction points in the sales funnel.
- Building and managing automated reporting dashboards that translate complex multi-channel data streams into clear, actionable growth insights.
- Monitoring daily transactional data integrity, tracking accuracy, and attribution modeling across our web properties.
- Performing cohort analysis and lifetime value (LTV) calculations to directly guide marketing spend and retention strategies.
- Partnering with our engineering and digital marketing teams to set up clean structured data pipelines from various e-commerce platform APIs.
What we are looking for:
- E-com Experience: At least 2 years of professional data analytics experience specifically within an e-commerce, retail tech, or digital marketplace environment.
- Technical Stack: Strong commercial SQL skills for pulling and manipulating large datasets, combined with advanced proficiency in visualization tools (like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Web Analytics: Practical familiarity tracking user behavior via Google Analytics 4, tracking pixels, and tag management systems.
- Core Literacy: A deep understanding of digital retail metrics—you already live and breathe conversion rates, AOV, CPA, and retention curves.
- Work Rights: You must hold full, unrestricted legal working rights within Australia to be considered for this Melbourne-based position.
