The Role
Working alongside nursing, allied health, hospitality, and administration teams, you will deliver person-centred care that promotes choice, independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Medication administration and clinical care
- Personal care and support with activities of daily living
- Wound care and health monitoring
- Supporting mobility and rehabilitation goals
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and clients
- Contributing to a positive and safe care environment
About Brightwater Birralee
Located in Innaloo, Brightwater Birralee is a welcoming and vibrant site supporting:
- 30 permanent residential aged care residents
- 30 transition care clients
The site provides specialised support for people with complex care needs, including advanced dementia.
About You
You are a compassionate and skilled Enrolled Nurse who is committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care. You thrive in collaborative environments and are confident working across a range of clinical and support needs.
Essential Requirements
- Current Ahpra registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Strong clinical assessment and care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Current National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old)
- Current First Aid Certificate (less than 3 years old) and valid CPR
- Satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check
Desirable
- Previous experience in aged care or community care
- Experience supporting people living with dementia
