At The Florey, we're dedicated to improving lives through groundbreaking neuroscience and mental health research. We're looking for a creative and passionate Digital Producer to help bring our research to life through compelling digital content, campaigns and audience engagement.

About The Role
Reporting to the Digital Communications Manager, you'll play a key role in growing and engaging The Florey's audiences across digital channels. You'll create content, support campaigns, develop marketing materials, analyse performance and help showcase the impact of our world-leading research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating engaging content for social media, including photography, videography and graphic design
- Developing and distributing email campaigns and newsletters
- Producing marketing collateral across digital and print channels
- Translating complex scientific research into accessible and compelling content
- Monitoring and reporting on content performance and audience engagement
- Supporting promotion of events and campaigns
- Working closely with researchers and internal stakeholders to identify and share impactful stories.
About You
You'll be a strong communicator with a creative mindset and a passion for digital storytelling.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Qualifications in marketing, communications, graphic design or a related discipline
- Experience creating content for websites and social media platforms
- Excellent copywriting, editing and visual communication skills
- The ability to understand audience needs and develop targeted content
- Experience using Canva and digital marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Eventbrite or similar tools
- Familiarity with website content management systems
- Strong analytical skills and experience using content performance insights to guide decision-making
- Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for design
- The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
