This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Menswear Design Leader to redefine and elevate one of Australia's most recognised retail brands.
We're seeking a commercially minded creative who can build on an established foundation while bringing a fresh perspective to the evolution of the range. This role will focus on elevating fabrication, refining silhouettes, improving fit and driving innovation across both existing and emerging product categories.
Working closely with Buying, Merchandise Planning and Product Development, you'll shape the seasonal design direction, identify new opportunities for growth and create collections that resonate with the modern Australian customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction across a broad menswear portfolio.
- Elevate fabrications, garment construction, fit and finishing to enhance overall product quality.
- Refine silhouettes and develop a clear, contemporary design handwriting.
- Identify opportunities to expand into new product categories and drive category growth.
- Translate global trends into commercially relevant collections.
- Mentor and develop a talented design team.
- Collaborate with Buying, Production and offshore suppliers throughout the development process.

- Extensive menswear design experience within a leading retail or fashion business.
- Strong understanding of fabrication, garment construction, fit and technical product development.
- A passion for creating modern, commercially successful product.
- Experience leading or mentoring designers within a fast-paced environment.
- Confident presenting seasonal concepts and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative with excellent communication and organisational skills.
