Job description:
We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and customer-focused Junior Front of House Team Member to join our service team for weekend shifts. In this all-rounder role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and handling basic food preparation. As an integral part of our team, you will ensure the cleanliness of the shop and high-quality product delivery, creating a positive and efficient experience for all our takeaway customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the fundamentals of bakery operations in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Experience Required
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (including early morning starts).
- All-Rounder Mentality: Eager to learn and work within a bakery environment. You are expected to jump into all areas of the business—from processing sales and packing bread to general cleaning and restocking.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional manner with customers.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on the presentation of the retail area.
