We are seeking an experienced Organisational Culture & Capability Lead to design and deliver initiatives that strengthen performance and enhance culture, capability and employee experience.
About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Organisational Culture & Capability, you’ll lead initiatives across leadership capability, talent and succession, employee experience, culture and organisational effectiveness.
You’ll manage initiatives end-to-end—from concept and design through to implementation and continuous improvement—ensuring solutions are practical, scalable and aligned to business priorities.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and deliver enterprise culture, talent, capability and employee experience initiatives
- Develop and embed leadership frameworks and programs
- Translate engagement and workforce insights into action
- Support culture alignment across the organisation
- Partner with leaders, P&C and stakeholders to co-design solutions
- Contribute to diversity, inclusion and gender equality initiatives and targets
- Lead employee listening activities, including surveys and action planning
- Evolve EVP, reward and recognition, and employee experience programs
Collaborate across the team to share insights and deliver outcomes

About you:
- You’re motivated to shape organisational performance and employee experience, balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery.
- You build trusted relationships, navigate complexity with pragmatism, and influence leaders to co-design effective solutions.
- You bring strong experience in culture, leadership and capability initiatives, using data to inform decisions and leading work from concept through to embedment.
- You value collaboration and contribute to team success by sharing ideas and supporting others.
Experience in learning design and facilitation, and accreditations such as Prosci, Hogan or HBDI, are desirable. Relevant tertiary qualifications are preferred.
