What You’ll Be Doing:
Due to an internal promotion, an exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate, driven, and relationship-focused Territory Manager to join one of Australia's most trusted brands. This this is an outstanding opportunity to take ownership of a high potential territory and make a genuine commercial impact. You will step into a dynamic, growth-focused role where you manage key accounts while unlocking new opportunities across the Northern Suburbs of Perth.
You will have full ownership of your territory treating it as your own business. This means building strong, profitable relationships, increasing wallet share, and identifying new avenues for growth across a diverse and loyal customer base.
Day to day, you’ll partner with commercial painters, volume builders, and key accounts, using your strong sales capability, commercial mindset, and stakeholder influence to convert opportunities into long-term, sustainable revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy and accountability. You’ll blend a structured, process-driven approach (including disciplined CRM usage and strong planning) with energy, charisma, and a genuine passion for relationship building. Your ability to solve problems, add value, and deliver consistently will set you apart and be well rewarded.

What We’re Looking for:
-
Experience in sales or B2B sales, with exposure to the painting or construction industry considered an advantage but not essential.

Proven experience in key account management, with responsibility for major accounts and volume home customers, while supporting business development activities across the Western Melbourne suburbs.

Strong communication, influencing, and relationship‑building skills, with the organisational ability to prioritise key accounts and manage a high‑value territory effectively.

A proactive, customer‑focused mindset, backed by a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
