The role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Operations Manager to lead our Pest Elimination operations team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive business growth, lead high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional service outcomes for customers. You will oversee a team of District Managers and Service Specialists, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations while maximising profitability and customer satisfaction.
What you will do:
Lead, coach and develop a team of District Managers and Service Specialists, fostering a high-performance and safety-first culture
Drive achievement of sales, service and profitability targets while identifying and executing growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring delivery of contracts and high-quality service outcomes
Partner with Sales, Technical, and Customer Care teams to optimise account performance and generate new business
Monitor and analyse operational and financial performance, implementing improvement plans where required
Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
Optimise route planning, productivity, and cost control to improve operational efficiency
Conduct business planning, reporting, and market analysis, including competitor activity and industry trends
Contribute to strategic planning and drive innovation to enhance customer value and business performance
To be successful, you will ideally have:
Demonstrated experience in sales, service, or operational leadership
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
High level of organisation, planning, and problem-solving ability
Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service excellence
Digital and systems proficiency (reporting, analytics, CRM tools)
