We are a growing Melbourne-based fencing and gate supplier specialising in aluminium fencing, gates, balustrades, and DIY fencing solutions. We supply homeowners, builders, tradespeople, and fencing contractors across Victoria and Australia.
Our business is built around custom-made products, DIY fence kits, gate systems, and premium aluminium fencing solutions. We are looking for motivated sales representatives who can generate leads, follow up enquiries, and convert opportunities into sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, Facebook Marketplace, and other online channels
- Following up quotes and leads to convert them into sales
- Building relationships with homeowners, builders, and trade customers
- Managing your own sales pipeline and customer communications
- Generating new leads through online marketing and outreach
- Working independently while maintaining regular communication with our team
- Providing excellent customer service from enquiry through to sale
What We’re Looking For
Preferred:
- Previous experience in fencing, gates, balustrades, construction materials, landscaping, building supplies, or a related industry
- Experience in sales, lead generation, customer service, or account management
Alternatively:
If you do not have industry experience, you must be willing to attend our Melbourne office for initial training to learn:
- Our products and systems
- How fencing and gate projects are quoted
- Our sales process
- Common customer requirements
- How to identify and close opportunities
Essential Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries at once
- Confident using Facebook Marketplace and online sales channels
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Earnings
This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. Basic KPI's apply.
Our full-time sales team regularly generates enough sales volume to earn the equivalent of $4,000–$5,000+ per month, and high performers can exceed this.
Your earnings will depend on:

- Follow-up consistency
- Closing ability
- Customer service quality
