At Phoenix Education, one of Sydney’s leading and fastest-growing tutoring centres, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Student Enrolment & Sales Assistant to join our team!
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves connecting with people, enjoys community engagement, and wants to be rewarded for results.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and manage promotional tables in key community areas
- Engage with parents and students to share the benefits of Phoenix Education’s tutoring programs.
- Encourage families to register for a free trial lesson at our centre.
- Represent Phoenix Education with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
- Keep basic records of leads and enrolments.
Who We’re Looking For
- Friendly and confident communicators who love talking to people.
- Individuals who are motivated by achieving goals and seeing results.
- Reliable and organised team players with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in sales, promotions, or customer service is highly valued (but not essential).
- Must be able to work at least one weekend
- Must be able to speak Vietnamese (at least a basic level)
