The Role:
We're seeking an elite Dermal Therapist with a talent for sales and a gift for client connection. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of skin and beauty treatments, including facials, chemical peels, BBL laser treatments, microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, RF Needling, general waxing, brow waxing, brow tinting, brow laminations, last lifts, massage, pedicures and other advanced dermal therapies.
- Conduct skin analyses utilising our Obsev 520x and develop customized treatment plans.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on skincare and post-treatment care.
- Skincare Product sales
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety are maintained.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering exceptional customer service.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, with a strong focus on skin and dermal therapies.
- Certified and experienced in a range of beauty and skin treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Pay: $33.00 – $40.00 per hour
