As we continue to grow, an exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and self-driven Physiotherapist to join our team. This role involves assessing, planning, and delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, while supporting Aged Care and NDIS participants to improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team and deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. In this role, you will work closely with clients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall physical function across a variety of settings, including acute, rehabilitation, and community environments.
You’ll be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. We are open to full-time or part-time Physiotherapists to join the team. This opportunity allows for flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct client assessments to evaluate physical function, mobility, and pain levels
Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based treatment plans
Provide physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy and exercise programs
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimise outcomes
Educate clients and carers on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and mobility aids
Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation and confidentiality
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care
Participate in quality improvement, professional development, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards
About You
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy is necessary
Current registration with AHPRA (Physiotherapy Board of Australia)
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience - new graduates are encouraged to apply
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Valid driver’s licence and a car
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
