Role: Permanent Part-Time Support Worker with 40 hours fortnight
Availability: Must be available Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7am - 4pm. Ideally available for min of 2hrs on Saturday fortnightly
Location: Travelling Dubbo, Ballimore, Brocklehurst, Geurie, Wongarbon, Rawsonville
Provide personal care and medication assistance based on individual care plans
Assist with domestic support including cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and general household tasks
Support community access, such as grocery shopping, appointments, and social outings
Help clients maintain independence and wellbeing at home
Record visit notes using our simple mobile app
Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent)
Current driver’s licence and reliable car with comprehensive insurance
First Aid/CPR and Working With Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain)
National Police Check or NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for documentation
A caring, reliable, and respectful approach to supporting clients
PPT $34.59 per hour + 12% superannuation
Flexible part-time hours 7am - 4pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Travel allowance: $0.99/km + work mobile
