About The Role:
As a Residential Aged Care Physiotherapist, you’ll work with a diverse range of clients, managing both acute and chronic conditions to enhance mobility, function, and independence. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team that values excellence and client-focused care.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, including mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services.
Plena is excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and is glad to offer a diverse role that allows clinicians to work across RAC and Community settings.

✔ Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
✔ Support clients with mobility, falls prevention, pain management, equipment needs, and more

What You Will Need:

Current AHPRA registration

Australian working rights

Willingness to obtain NDIS Workers Screening & National Police Check
