Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide project administration and coordination support across a range of infrastructure initiatives, including scheduling, reporting, stakeholder engagement, governance and documentation.
- Deliver high-quality business support across human resources, finance, procurement, travel, records management and related corporate services.
- Support project managers by undertaking analysis, monitoring activities and contributing to project reporting and governance requirements.
- Coordinate internal business requests, ensuring appropriate approvals, delegations and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare and contribute to briefing materials, reports, submissions and other documentation that supports executive and government decision-making.
- Build and maintain productive working relationships across the department, government agencies and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and service delivery while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and professional team environment.
