Your new role
Responsible for costing repair orders for our loyal service department customers, your new role as Costing Clerk is a true combination of customer service and administration. You’ll join a successful and friendly team in this permanent, full-time role, creating efficiencies and providing excellent customer experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Calculating and providing costs to customers for work undertaken in the service department
- Preparing and issuing customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaising with the service workshop to ensure work orders are completed as requested
- Providing reports and insights to support business decision making
- Additional admin and customer service support as required
About you
Your success in this role will be driven by:
- Prior experience in admin and customer service environments
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Knowledge and/or interest in the heavy automotive industry
- A friendly and positive demeanour, with strong ability to build rapport with customers
- A current driver’s licence (essential)
