To support this evolution, we're seeking an AI Coach to partner with the business, identify opportunities for AI driven improvement, and help teams confidently adopt new ways of working.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who combines strong business functional expertise with coaching and change enablement skills. You'll play a pivotal role in helping employees understand, experiment with, and embed AI solutions that drive productivity, improve decision-making, and enhance operational outcomes.
The Opportunity
As an AI Coach, you will act as the bridge between the business and the AI delivery teams. Working closely with operational and corporate stakeholders, you'll uncover pain points, identify high value use cases, and support the successful adoption of AI-enabled solutions across the organisation.
You'll be instrumental in ensuring people are equipped, engaged, and confident as new technologies are introduced into the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with frontline and functional teams to understand business challenges, pain points and opportunities where AI can add value
- Facilitate coaching sessions, workshops, demonstrations and use-case discovery activities
- Support teams to trial, refine and adopt AI tools across operational, technical and corporate environments
- Work closely with AI, Digital, Product and Data teams to translate business needs into practical AI solutions
- Deliver training and change enablement initiatives that build capability and confidence across the organisation
- Simplify complex AI concepts into practical, business-focused outcomes
- Gather insights, feedback and success stories to inform future AI initiatives and prioritisation
- Champion the safe, responsible and ethical use of AI technologies
Key Requirements
We're looking for a business-focused professional who is passionate about helping people embrace new technology and improve the way they work.
You will bring:
- Deep expertise within a core business function such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT, Projects or similar
- Experience in coaching, facilitating, training, change management or business enablement
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of an organisation
- The ability to translate complex technology concepts into simple, practical and relatable business outcomes
- Experience identifying business challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions
- Curiosity, adaptability and a passion for improving the way people work
- Exposure to AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, predictive analytics or similar tools
- Experience supporting digital transformation, innovation or continuous improvement initiatives
- The ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving and sometimes ambiguous environments
