The Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Chef to be part of our pizza section. You will be responsible for:
- Preparing, stretching, tossing, and topping pizza dough to our high standards.
- Operating and maintaining our commercial pizza oven [Specify type if applicable, e.g., wood-fired, stone-fired, electric conveyor].
- Managing prep stations, slicing fresh ingredients, and keeping your area impeccably clean.
- Working seamlessly with the rest of the kitchen crew to smash through busy weekend rushes efficiently.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Experience: At least 1–2 years working as a Pizza Chef or Pizza Maker in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Dough Mastery: Confidence in hand-stretching and shaping pizza bases (no rolling pins here!).
- Speed & Precision: Ability to maintain food quality and presentation standards when the tickets are piling up.
- A Team Player Attitude: Reliable, positive energy, and excellent communication skills.
- Reliability: Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
