As our business continues to grow, we are seeking experienced, customer-focused and safety-conscious Bus and Coach Drivers to join our team across multiple Sydney depot locations.

The Opportunity
As an NSBC Group Driver, you will play a vital role in safely connecting communities and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
No two days are the same, with opportunities to work across a variety of services including:
- Private school services
- School charter and tour operations
- Corporate and event transport
- Sporting and community group travel
- Rail replacement services (Planned and Unplanned)
- Emergency transport operations
- Weekend and special event work
- FIFO
- Western Sydney Airport Transfers (From October 2026)
Mandatory Requirements:
To be considered, applicants must hold:
- A valid NSW MR Driver's Licence or higher.
- An NSW Public Passenger Bus Driver Authority
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Minimum of 1 year of bus or coach driving experience
- Valid PR or Citizenship or have valid working rights for Australia
