Uniting Early Learning Jahjumbeen is a well-established early learning centre in Toowong, proudly supporting the local community for over 25 years.

About the role
As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in shaping curriculum, mentoring educators, and creating a high-quality learning environment.
You will:

Lead engaging, play-based programs aligned with EYLF and QKLG
-
Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

Mentor and collaborate with educators to support best practice

Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families

Act as Responsible Person when required

Contribute positively to our centre’s culture and values

About you
You will bring:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) – essential
-
Strong working knowledge of EYLF, QKLG and the NQF
-
Confidence documenting and assessing children’s learning
-
A collaborative approach with strong communication and leadership skills
-
Current Blue Card – essential
-
First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)

A genuine passion for quality early learning and relationships
