We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Consultant with a passion for improving business processes, facilitating discovery activities, developing recommendations, identifying operational efficiencies, improving ways of working, and translating data into actionable insights. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, effective communication, a commitment to optimising business operations, and strategy formation.

- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders through workshops and interviews to discover as-is and clarify future state business requirements. Translate business needs into actionable requirements and align the requirements with goals & objectives!
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Business Operations: Capture and develop process maps, configurations, and procedures to support operating model enhancements and spot productivity opportunities. Help with the planning and implementation of process changes and monitor their effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Gather, analyse, and synthesise qualitative and quantitative information from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement, utilizing data to support decision making. You will produce high-quality analysis, recommendations, and communicate findings clearly
- Project Delivery: You will maintain documentation, action logs, risks, issues, and status updates, help diagnose and resolve issues related to project blockers. Clear documentation of outcomes and resolution steps
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build good relationships with stakeholders to understand their challenges and needs. Facilitate regular meetings and communication to keep stakeholders informed of project status and updates.
- Apply Credera methodologies, frameworks, and delivery standards
- Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism in all client interactions
- Support proposal development activities through research, analysis, and content creation
- Contribute to development of reusable assets, templates, and intellectual property
- Support thought leadership and capability development activities within the practice

- Share knowledge, tools, frameworks, and delivery approaches with team members
- Participate in governance forums, project ceremonies, and delivery cadences
- Collaborate effectively with consulting, experience design, martech, technology, and client teams

- Participate in practice learning, capability development, and community activities
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a passion for analytical excellence
- Brings structured thinking to the development of strategies and plans
- Understanding of operating models, transformation delivery, and change adoption concepts
- Is able to liaise between business units and technical teams, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages and concepts clearly and effectively, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently within a defined workstream and escalate issues as necessary
- Strong organisational skills, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Works effectively and managing pressure in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and collaborative delivery tools
- 2+ years in a client facing consulting, transformation, marketing operations, business analysis, or a related field
- Keen to explore and embrace AI practices
- Experience supporting projects involving operating model design, process improvement, governance, or organisational change within multidisciplinary project teams
- Familiarity with marketing, customer, digital, or operational functions desired but not essential
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- You must be an Australian Citizen for this role (due to client requirement)
- This is a Sydney or Melbourne based position
