About the Role:
As a Barista All-Rounder, you'll be a key part of our front-of-house team—crafting top-quality coffee, serving customers with a smile, and helping out wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
- Assist with food prep, cleaning, and general café duties
- Handle POS and take customer orders confidently
- Work as part of a team to maintain a clean, welcoming environment
We’re Looking For:
✅ At least 6 months of barista experience (dialing in, milk texturing, latte art a bonus!)
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ A positive attitude and strong work ethic
✅ Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
✅ Ability to multitask under pressure and keep cool in a busy setting
