Metering Systems Analyst
Location: Bentley, WA
Work Type: Full Time | 12 Month Maximum term contract
Are you someone who enjoys getting into the detail of systems, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?
This role would suit someone who likes to take ownership, work through complex issues, and partner with others to keep critical systems and data flowing as they should.
You will be looking after our metering data system, making sure it is working as expected, stepping in when things go wrong, and helping keep everything on track for the teams and customers who rely on it.

Your impact in the role
- Proactively identify and respond to system issues, data anomalies, and failures to minimise disruption.
- Lead remediation activities to resolve system and data issues, restoring operations quickly and effectively.
- Carry out fixes, testing and support system changes, including some after hours work.
- Coordinate and deliver on metering requests, service orders, validations, and fault investigations with precision and urgency.
- Manage the flow and integrity of metering data across systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
What you’ll bring
- Proven ability to work across IT systems, particularly operational or data-driven platforms.
- Confidence using SQL or similar tools.
- Strong communicator, confident engaging with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
- Experience supporting or managing systems comparable to MDMS would be highly regarded.
