The Role:
As our lovely Bar legend, you’ll serve as a key member of our service team! You will be responsible for assisting our team to meets our commitments to customer service, high quality standards and team member enjoyment in a busy environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure customer experiences are at or above our standards!
- Follow all processes such as venue open & closes, as well as identifying and suggesting opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure product quality is on point!
- Have a strong motivation to understand the Squires Loft menu & offerings.
- Working in a way which aligns with the business' values, ensuring all team member's experience is fun, safe and enriching.
- Help teammates whether on the floor or kitchen, to ensure we quickly identify and assist in minimising stressful situations in a busy environment.
- Communicate well with all employees and serve as a teammate within the group!
- Identify & communicate any repair needs or ongoing scheduling challenges that can be improved and seek solutions.
