You'll make an impact by:
- Delivering leadership development programs, workshops and initiatives that build leadership capability across the Bank
- Partnering with leaders to understand their challenges and translate insights into practical solutions that improve team and organisational performance
- Supporting the delivery of our culture, inclusion and employee experience strategies through enterprise-wide initiatives
- Analysing employee feedback and engagement data to identify opportunities that enhance the employee experience
- Coordinating initiatives that foster inclusion and belonging, including employee resource groups and key enterprise events
- Building trusted relationships across the business to influence outcomes and support meaningful organisational change
- Preparing high-quality reports, presentations and recommendations that inform leadership decision-making
- Contributing to a broad portfolio of culture and leadership initiatives that deliver positive outcomes for our people and business.
Do things differently with us
No two days in this role look the same.
You'll move between facilitating leadership workshops, partnering with leaders, analysing employee insights, coordinating enterprise-wide initiatives and helping shape how our people experience work.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment and is equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up their sleeves to deliver practical outcomes. You'll work with experienced specialists while building strong relationships across the organisation and making a genuine impact on culture, leadership and employee experience.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience in organisational development, leadership, culture, employee experience or a related discipline
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- The ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information and turn insights into practical actions
- Experience coordinating and delivering multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written communication, presentation and organisational skills
- Confidence partnering with leaders to solve problems and improve performance
- A collaborative, curious and commercially pragmatic approach
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Organisational Development, Business or a related discipline (desirable).
