Position: Section Wait Staff – Fine Dining Experience Required
The Restaurant Pendolino, located in the historic Strand Arcade in Sydney, is currently seeking professional, reliable Section Wait Staff to join our team on a fulltime basis. We have available shifts from Tuesday to Saturday (closed Sundays and public holidays).
Please note: only applicants with relevant fine dining and section waiter experience will be considered.
About You:
- Must have previous strong experience as a Section Waiter in fine dining and high-quality restaurants
- Strong knowledge of food and wine (preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Must be punctual, reliable, and dedicated to providing exceptional service
- Current RSA and valid visa required
