About the role
As a Business Systems Support Specialist, you'll play an important role in improving the service delivery of Student and Campus Services by creating better systems and digital experiences. You will act as the connective tissue between Student and Campus Services operational teams and the Digital Solutions Group development teams to lead system enhancements, manage change requests, support user acceptance testing (UAT) and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery, data quality and user experiences for staff and students.
Partnering with a broad range of stakeholders, you will analyse business needs, develop business requirements and help shape solutions that support operational effectiveness and customer-focused outcomes. The role also involves monitoring system performance, supporting data remediation and governance activities, and contributing to strategic initiatives that identify and address process inefficiencies across the Student and Campus Services Branch.
About you
You bring passion and experience in optimising business systems to support effective service delivery, with a track record of delivering system and digital experience enhancements in complex environments. You understand customer service ecosystems with high transactional volume and can translate operational business needs into developer ready requirements. A collaborator, you can build cross functional stakeholder relationships with empathy and diplomacy to achieve the best overall business outcomes.
Comfortable working in Agile environments, you have experience supporting change initiatives, improving data quality and driving user adoption of new processes and systems.
