The Workforce Planning Analyst role at Aussie Broadband is a permanent, hybrid position based in Melbourne or Dandenong South, Victoria. The role supports the Customer Service Centre by ensuring the right number of employees are available at the right times to meet customer demand efficiently.
Job responsibilities
Key duties include:
Forecast customer demand and staffing requirements.
Develop employee rosters and schedules.
Monitor service levels and workforce performance.
Analyze workload trends and prepare capacity planning reports.
Provide recommendations to improve workforce efficiency.
Coordinate leave, training, and scheduling activities.
Present workforce insights to managers and senior stakeholders.
Use workforce management systems and advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
Skills and qualifications
Aussie Broadband is looking for candidates with:
3-5 years of workforce planning or scheduling experience, preferably in a contact centre.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with workforce management software.
Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
Relevant tertiary qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
Pay: From $8,300.00 per month
