The Eczema Association Australasia Inc (EAA) is a small, passionate not-for-profit dedicated to supporting people living with eczema and raising awareness across the community. We’re on the lookout for a committed Corporate Partnership Officer to help us take our corporate partnerships to the next level.

You’ll be the key point of contact for new and existing corporate partners across Australia and New Zealand. This role is all about building strong relationships, and ensuring that every corporate partner receives regular communication and value from their partnership with us.
You’ll need to be highly organised, results-driven, and confident in professional communication, whether it’s over the phone, via email, or in meetings. While you’ll be supported by a friendly team, you’ll need to be able to work independently and take initiative.
School hours, 3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. This role has potential to quickly grow to 4-5 days.
The role is based in our office at Cleveland
Key responsibilities include:
- Relationship building with corporates, & maintain relationships with current partners
- Following up on all new brand and corporate leads
- Preparing and managing partnership contracts, both new and renewals, and promote upgrade options
- Upselling add-ons such as secondary partnerships and advertising opportunities
- Tracking partner progress using our internal CRM system
- Arranging product samples and stock for events, giveaways, and member packs
- Assessing product suitability for new corporate partners
- Meeting monthly targets and KPI’s

- You have strong time management, admin and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- You have strong CRM and computer skills, and can adapt easily to new software and systems
- You have a pleasant and professional phone manner
- You follow procedures, systems and directions
- You’re a natural relationship-builder with a professional, friendly approach
- You work well independently but thrive in a collaborative environment
- You’re highly organised, reliable, and results-oriented
- You enjoy variety and can manage multiple priorities at once
- You’re self motivated, with a positive and friendly attitude
