What will you be doing?
- Lead and evolve the Motor Claims QA framework end-to-end
- Analyse performance, identify trends, and drive improvements
- Deliver reporting and insights to influence key decisions
- Oversee business continuity and major event response planning
- Lead crisis response execution during high-pressure events
- Coach and develop a specialist QA and response team
What do you need?
- Proven experience in QA, operations, or business continuity
- Strong background within insurance claims (motor preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams
- Experience designing QA frameworks and reporting structures
- Expertise in crisis, event, or continuity planning
- Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical capability
This role requires 5 days in office attendance due to the operational and leadership nature of the position.
