Disability Support Worker (Casual) – Mental Health Support

Position: Casual Disability Support Worker
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Disability Support Worker to support a participant living with psychosocial disability.
This role requires someone who is confident, calm, and highly experienced in supporting individuals with mental health needs, using a person-centred and trauma-informed approach. You will be supporting the participant with daily routines, community access, emotional regulation, and maintaining independence.
About You
- Experienced in mental health / psychosocial disability support
- Confident working with complex behaviours and emotional support needs
- Understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred care
- Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently
- Holds or willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, and relevant clearances
