Full Job Description

Role Purpose

Be the first point of contact for prospects and a reliable partner for existing clients. You’ll turn enquiries into booked consultations and signed proposals, keep pricing accurate (including DoHA fee updates), and coordinate smoothly with our Migration Agents and suppliers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Quoting & Closing

Prepare tailored quotes after Agent consultations and proactively follow through to close the sale.
Create and update quotes for existing/ongoing clients (variations, add-ons, renewals).

Prospect Handling

Triage inbound enquiries (phone, email, web forms), answer questions clearly, overcome objections, and convert to paid engagements.

Scheduling & Coordination

Organise meetings between prospects/clients and the assigned Migration Agent; confirm agendas, send reminders, and ensure notes are captured in CRM.

Supplier Relations

Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers (e.g., skills assessment bodies, translators, medicals, couriers); source better pricing and turnaround options.

Pricing & Compliance

Maintain accurate Department of Home Affairs (DoHA) fee tables and related costs in our systems; promptly update when fees change and communicate impacts to quotes.

CRM & Admin Excellence

Keep CRM records pristine (contacts, deals, activities, documents); log all touchpoints and next steps.
Generate simple pipeline/forecast reports for management.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

2+ years in client support, inside sales, or account coordination (professional services preferred).
An ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders of all age groups, social backgrounds and cultures, showing patience and empathy to clients wants and needs;
Displays a comfortable manner in person and/or over the phone;
Have a strong interest and commitment for working with people, be highly motivated and result orientated, a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as a team;
Excellent Time Management skills with strong organizational and administrative ability and with a high attention to detail;
Bachelor Degree preferred but not essential;
Ability to work under pressure;
Ability to ensure deadlines are met;
Ability to properly organise workload.
