Dental Receptionist Wanted - Melbourne
We’re on the lookout for two warm, professional, and experienced Dental Receptionists to join our friendly and supportive team at DentalCare Carnegie in Carnegie, VIC!
You’ll be the first and last impression for every patient—and a vital part of our amazing Reception team. We are a values-driven practice where patient experience, authenticity, proactiveness, and teamwork genuinely matter.
A typical day will include:
Welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
Managing appointments with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
Coordinating with our clinical teams to keep schedules running smoothly and on time.
Handling administrative tasks, including patient records, data entry, and correspondence.
Processing payments and health fund claims accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining accurate patient information within the practice management system (D4W).
You’ll thrive in this role if you...
· Have 2+ years previous dental reception experience
· Are friendly, people-focused and team-oriented
· Have experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) or are a quick learner
· Are a confident multitasker with great communication and initiative
