About the Role
This role supports the administration, compliance, reporting and continuous improvement of our learning function. You'll manage learning systems, maintain training records, coordinate learning activities, and contribute to the development of engaging learning content and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Systems & Reporting

Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including user management, enrolments, content and learner support.

Produce learning and compliance reports and maintain accurate training records.

Support LMS integrations, upgrades and vendor relationships.
Compliance & Governance
-
Monitor mandatory training completion and compliance requirements.

Support audits, reporting activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain learning processes, templates and governance documentation.
Learning & Development

Assist with the design and delivery of onboarding, compliance, technical and leadership programs.

Develop and maintain learning resources, including eLearning content, guides and job aids.

Support the ongoing improvement of learning materials and programs.
Stakeholder Support

Provide first-line support for LMS and training enquiries.

Coordinate training logistics, communications and attendance tracking.

Partner with HR and operational leaders to support learning needs across the business.
About You
You will bring:
-
Experience in Learning & Development, HR Operations or a similar role.

Experience administering LMS and/or HRIS platforms.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Experience with Docebo LMS and/or Articulate (Desirable).

Experience in a multi-site or operational environment (Desirable).

Qualifications in Human Resources, Learning & Development or a related field (Desirable).
