Fleurieu Wellness is a nurse-led holistic health clinic nestled on the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula. We support individuals in creating lasting changes to their health with nutrition and lifestyle habits.
Our clients come to us feeling unheard, unwell, and ready for something different. We meet them with warmth, expertise, and genuine care, and we're looking for a receptionist who embodies that same spirit.
THE ROLE
This is a part-time position offering 15-20 hours across 3-4 days per week. You'll be the first face our clients see and the warm voice they hear on the phone, and that matters enormously to us.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Welcoming clients and guiding them through our Wellness Spa Experience
- Managing bookings, enquiries, and the clinic calendar
- Responding to phone, email, SMS, and social media messages
- Processing payments and managing client billing
- Keeping the clinic clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Supporting our lead practitioner with notes and client follow-ups
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving as things come up
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
More than anything, we want someone who genuinely loves people. Someone calm, organised, and proactive who can juggle a busy front desk without losing the warmth that makes clients feel safe.
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have a warm, empathetic nature and a strong customer service instinct
- Are organised, forward-thinking, and confident working independently
- Have previous reception or front-of-house experience (preferred)
- Are comfortable with booking software and everyday computer use
- Have a genuine passion for holistic health and alternative therapies
- Are looking for a long-term position, somewhere to really settle in and grow
- Have a current First Aid and CPR certification
