Metalstation Pty Ltd is a proudly owned and operated Australian company specializing in shelving, fencing and stockyards solutions. We have an opening for a Warehouse worker. We don't expect you to know everything about the industry (we are still learning everyday after 10 years) we're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our warehouse team to strengthen our fast growing operation of our warehouse facility. You will need attention to detail as you are the final person that sees the item before it is shipped to our customers.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Worker is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including forklift driving, order handling, loading and unloading, and general warehouse tasks. The role ensures goods are handled safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of workplace safety and operational accuracy.
Working hour: Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm, Possible Sat 9am to 1pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch and shipment.
- Valid ABN (Australian Business Number)
- Conduct stock counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Support continuous improvement in warehouse workflows and layout efficiency.
- Unload the container.
- Safely operate forklifts and handling equipment to load/unload trucks and pallets.
- Support general warehouse handling tasks when required
- Willing to learn and be a fast learner
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
