Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Hospitality Workers to join our dynamic team. This role supports operations across the Casino, restaurants, bars, hotel, and the Alice Springs Convention Centre.
About the Role
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Support food & beverage, front-of-house, and guest service operations
Greet guests and share information about our venues and services
Maintain clean, safe, and well-presented areas
Assist with venue setup, clearing, restocking, and general service tasks
Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
Previous hospitality experience (preferred)
Certificate II or III in Hospitality (advantageous)
Completion of compulsory secondary education
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, reliability, and cultural awareness
Flexible, team-focused, and willing to learn
